I will give Built Right 5-star because they did a beautiful job our house. They are very professional and detail oriented professional customer service and the communication was good. I will recommend Built Right to anyone who wants to do home improvements.

The company is excellent! They rebuilt my living room and bedroom. A bit later I needed some roof work done and I didn’t hesitate to call them right back for this work as well! Excellent work ! great men fantastic company!

WARNING: Built Right will communicate with you until the second you sign a contract for work. Worst communication by a company I have dealt with in my entire life. Matt the "representative" in charge of communicating timeframes, schedules, etc., will disappear. YOU are now Matt. You will be in charge of calling the owner and the foreman almost daily. When the owner (Ryan) does happen to pick up the phone, he will let you know incorrect times when the workers are coming. You will move your schedule around to accommodate; then they will not show up. Over and over... and over again. After they finally put a new roof on, excessive damage was found by an inspection conducted by myself. Yes! You are now an inspector as well. It then took "Matt" aka myself, an ENTIRE MONTH to have them fix the damage. During this time you then become the foreman. You will be on the roof, in the attic, and monitoring the perimeter. Their only saving grace was one worker names Junior, He was the only person who explained anything to me and above all, he did FINALLY do a great job. If you sign on with Built Right, get ready to start 3 new jobs as a representative, inspector, and foreman. To continue with the truth, I will admit once they finally finished, the work was good. However, Built Right will be the pain in your temple every morning when you wake up. Godspeed to you all.

I highly recommend Built Right Home Solution! I had a great experience with Matt. After a storm in February I noticed that there were roofing shingles/material in my yard. I saw that there something was missing from the roof and discolored. I found BUILT RIGHT HOME SOLUTIONS on the internet, called the company and quickly heard back from Matt D. Matt made an appointment around my schedule to look at the roof and to see if there was anything to be concerned about. Matt did a full assessment and actually got on the roof (I contacted other companies as well - no other roofing company did this which I found odd given you can barley see the damage from the ground, we have a 2 story colonial home). Matt explained what the damage was by showing me photos, the approximate age/condition of the roof and what can be done to fix it. At this time Matt told me he was a restoration expert and I had a possible coverable insurance claim. I never knew this was even possible given the fact my roof is fairly old and would need replacing in the next 3-10 years. I was skeptical to say the least but followed their advice and made the claim. Matt guided me through the process and was there when the insurance adjuster came out. To my amazement the insurance not only covered the claim but an entire roof replacement. Matt negotiated with the insurance to get proper settlement and took care of everything. He was very professional and knowledgeable and saved me thousands of dollars. Built Right installed a beautiful new roof a few weeks later, the crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up after so much debris came off the roof. I couldn’t have asked for a better company or service. They did everything they said they were going to do. I highly recommend working with Matt and Built Right Home Solutions!

Did a very good quality job in replacing roof and gutters. They finished on time and on budget at a very fair price, and the cleanup was very neat. I would recommend Built Right Home Solutions.
