Sales and customer service were great. Unfortunately the fitters were shocking. Very poor workmanship, had to get them back a few times to fix problems during installation. They left all the rubbish in the garden for two weeks, we had broken glass all over the patio where the old door they left outside blew over in the wind. Back door not fitted properly so water poured in when it rained so had to get them back again. Tonight the side door they fitted would not close. KCW had left the office for the night. Luckily an Everest fitter was working down the road and he came to help. The door had not been fitted properly. All the screws were just hand tight an had not been adjusted or tightened. I know who I’d call next time!

Had great service from KCW no pushy salesmen and really pleased with the quality products they installed.
