These guys are great ! After the tornado that hit Hamden in June I had siding and roof damage. If it were up to the insurance they would cover a patch job. These guys helped me identify tactics that the insurance company use to get away with paying the least amount possible leaving me with a patched up house. Alex and Ivan are not pushy at all and are very knowledgeable, punctual and sharp. They have just replaced my roof two weeks ago and it looks great. I feel good knowing the roof has a 50 year warranty and they got it done all in one day! I'm still going back and forth with the insurance about the siding but I will update the review with siding asap. UPDATE June 2019 it's been maybe 6 months since the siding and I noticed some lack of detail when it comes to the aluminum work. Firsts subcontracted along with the gutters. I have a downspout that pours water through its seams and a sharp corner on the aluminum trim that is a hazard when people come over. I get nice political answers to my text with no efforts to fixing the issues. The roof is still holding up well but I noticed they did not reattach the kitchen stack to the vent properly in my attic. Overall good roof system but not so great at the details.

Ivan and his team are incredible! We had a rough situation with a new home purchase and some misleading information from the seller and also the solar panel company. Ivan was able to squeeze us into his very busy schedule and complete our new roof, skylights, and bathroom vents in one day! His team was very professional and cleaned up everything. I researched my project quite thoroughly but Pro Exteriors LLC won my business with a combination of professionalism and attractive pricing. When the project started they arrived on time with plenty of help (weather was a factor). The job was done on schedule, the guys were polite, hard working and considerate and the cleanup was thorough. And my new roof plus chimney looked as good as I was hoping for.
