From start to finish, everything went well. Your sales rep Josh was friendly and courteous and not at all pushy despite, for some reason, taking five hours to get where I wanted to be. In the end we had an agreement and after a few phone calls from your offices, we had a date for installation. The installation guys themselves, Lee & Ben, were also friendly and courteous and went about their work quite systematically and with a great deal of care and attention. One felt confident that they would make a good job of the installation – and they did! They even installed a new cat-flap that had become damaged in the removal of the old back door. I was more than pleased…so was the cat!!! I would have no trouble in recommending First Home Improvements to anyone wanting replacement windows and doors in the future…!!!

I rang the company and explained I wanted a ball park figure for a 2m by 2m simple window. They insisted in sending around a very pleasant and competent salesman. He did have good ideas about some more windows and persuaded me to let him measure up and quote. I again explained I would not make a decision for at least a month. He ggsave me a price £10226 but then rang his boss who said if I put up an advertising board. For a month I could have the two windows for £7387.10 I thanked him and said I would consider. After a while he rang his boss again who said if I decided then the price would be£5056. I said I would still think about it and the salesman said the price then go to£10276. I rang up my builder in ten seconds told me a tough quests was £3000 I hope not many people will be ripped off but this hard selling company

I am extremely pleased with my new windows and doors from First Home Improvements. The fitters, Josh and Matt and their assistant were very friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Driver in van reg A018 UBZ is a complete idiot. Decided to issue indecent hand signs when he made it difficult to join a duel carriageway and then decided to drive dangerously close. Had my 3 year old daughter in the car. Great asset to the company eh
