Luis, his employees and his subcontractors are very skilled, pleasant, courteous, honest and apparently well connected among suppliers. The work we had done was more than we had planned, but each time an issue was uncovered, Luis made sure to obtain our approval before spending more than we had agreed to. Our job consisted of new roof and gutters, repair to rot underneath siding, replace siding with specialty materials, new door, five new windows as well as re-roofing an outdoor shed, including replacement of the truss structure. We are very satisfied with the work this contractor did, and plan to employ him again when needed.

They repaired our leaking skylights that another contractor had botched. The contractors returned three times to fix their shoddy work and the leaks kept coming! Finally we called Luis. Luis is a true professional. He and his team of 5 installers replaced the roof shingles on my home. He did an excellent job and his craftsmanship was impeccable. I recommend him highly.

LT replaced my roof, replaced and repaired my siding (including repairs to the substructure), replaced all of the existing trim and built custom trim for all of my windows, repaired and painted my soffets, replaced all of my gutters, replaced two skylights, and significantly improved the ventilation in the attic. This was a big job and their work was exemplary. The house looks amazing. They were never late and they never quit early. Luis is a great businessman, master craftsman, and artist. I can't write in this small space how happy i am with the result or how fortunate I feel to have met Luis and to have hired LT, but I will gladly explain in detail to anyone who would like to know.
