He repointed ridge tiles on my mother's house. The mortar started disintegrating two years later with lumps falling into the driveway. When she complained she was told the job was only guaranteed for one year!

Wouldn't recommend! Had a roof done and after a bit of wind the seals come off. We rang because it was still under warranty and they claim it's not covered because it's 'storm damage'. It was a bit of wind!
