First major storm 10 gallons water in living room. Solution..tack up some tar paper. Matt said sider would be responsible for flashing. NOT TRUE! None there. Home inspection showed improper installation, not to code. Missing flashings, not to code. Ridge vent too tight, edging material wrong, no ice and water shield up sides of additions. Sloppy install. BEWARE! Leaking can be happening for YEARS before discovery. Matt has failed to respond to certified mail requests and BBB INQUIRIES!!! NO choice but to sue!!
