I contacted Burr Roofing to see if they were interested in providing an estimate to replace 10 copper downspout on a building with similar material. I met with Woody on December 3, who looked at the job and said he would prepare an estimate, which I should receive in about three days. I specifically asked Woody if he was interested in the job, and he confirmed he definitely was. I waited a week for the estimate, and received no response. I called Woody's cell phone and left a message, no return call. After two plus weeks, I contacted his office and spoke with a very polite young woman. I explained the situation and she assured me her company was interested in the work and would have Woody contact me. I never received a call. Another company has since given us an estimate of $4,500 to do the work. I would not recommend this company due to its lack of follow through on promised communication, which I believe speaks volumes about their lack of customer service.

We hired Burr to help us reside our house and are thrilled with the end result. The project was completed in the timeframe promised and was done very well. The crew was professional, friendly, courteous and hard working.

This was my second remodel with these guys and they are fast and reliable. I highly recommend contacting Woody for anything home related as he and his team have what it takes to put all your visions and ideas to use to create the home you have in your mind. thanks for making it all happen.

Burr installed Hardie siding on my house 1 year ago and I recently contacted them again for another project. While communication can sometimes be a challenge , the entire team and crew are a pleasure to work with. Woody and Austin are patient and always willing to go the extra mile with their customers to help them achieve their goals. Once work commenced, the project was completed on time and without any unexpected hits to the budget. I highly recommend working with them.
