Found Able Roofing online and observed consistently good reviews. The owner, Chris, responded very quickly and arrived the next day. I had shingles coming off the roof so the job needed to be done fairly quickly. We agreed on a time roughly 6 weeks later. I had two offers and the offer from Able Roofing was both cheaper but also more comprehensive. Chris used satellite image to determine the size of the roof and the cost. When water started coming through the dry wall Chris was able the push the job forward within days and deployed a big team and completed the work in just 2 days! The roof looks great and the team also cleaned up well and none of the flower beds were affected. He stayed within budget. Am already recommending Able Roofing to friends and neighbours!
