NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! Smart property maintenance was recommended to us by our Architect at Neptune planning. It was a large project with large orangey extension on the back. Simon told us he’d be able to do the job had lots of experience and would do it in 6 weeks!!! 7 months later and our house still isn’t finished. He constantly lies and goes away to other jobs. We had ridiculous problems like the roof and windows not fitting!!! The work isn’t acceptable and we have thousands of pounds of defects to get fixed. We have given Simon plenty of opportunity to complete the work but he never shows up. Please avoid!!!

Simon Smart lacks experience and delivers a very poor finish. He admitted using you tube to find out how to do things so he does not have to pay real trades. He has left us with an unfinished job with thousands of pounds of defects. Avoid him and his firm at all costs. Kept disappearing off with lame excuses and not coming back. “I am not on any other jobs” but then slips up. A very bad liar!

Smart property maintenance fitted two bifold doors for me as part of renovations to my property. Simon's guidance when selecting the doors was invaluable. The doors were installed within 2 weeks and are excellent quality in terms of finish, security, door folding mechanism etc. The best thing though was that everything was taken care of by Simon without any fuss. He even helped out with other parts of the building project whilst he was on site. He worked tirelessly to ensure I was satisfied with everything and I would definitely use him again. Top bloke

Simon from Smart Property Maintenance was very helpful. He turned up to quote exactly when he said he would, provided us with good advice, quoted quickly and then completed the job very quickly too. His communication was great. Will definitely use again in the future.
