I had 55' of leaking Yankee gutters and called Parady. Even though it's spring and they've surely got a lot of big jobs, Reid responded in short order, analyzed the issue, recommended a fix, and sent two guys to install new (copper) liners within two-ish weeks. Even better, a small problem developed and Reid sent Ray over within a day to remedy it. That's as good as service gets and their work is as good as a roofing company does.

There is really nothing that they could have done better. We are very pleased with their workmanship, attention to detail both in the project and in the clean-up afterwards. I have no hesitation to recommend this company.

I had made multiple attempts to get a roofing price from this company. After leaving many messages, I finally spoke with company representative. They assured me I would receive a call back from Reed for a quote. To my surprise I never received that courtesy call. My advice, don't waste your time contacting this company. There are plenty others out there willing to acknowledge you, and call back!
