We had five estimates to replace the roof on our house that was built in 1908, not the easiest job compared to a lot of houses. Bailiwick beat them all on a number of points. Bailiwick’s owner, Guy Poirier, is knowledgeable and friendly. His proposal for replacing our roof was thorough and well thought out. His pricing was competitive, his crew was easy to deal with and friendly. He did everything as promised and completely cleaned up any messes which included a magnetic sweep to search for stray nails.
