A tip top service from a very professional company. They do things on the timescale stated, are considerate, professional, tidy and the resultant thatch is excellent. The thatch is nice and deep, well cut, repairs handled and non of the randomness you can get with some thatchers. All people working with them and for them are polite and professional, and deal calmly and with consideration with any issues that arrise - the even arranged for my chimney stack to be inspected and have minor repairs whilst rethatching.
