Had the whole house done, including doors. Fantastic job, done efficiently and to a super standard. Lovely chaps - can't recommend highly enough!

Chris repaired a tilt and turn window, he then quoted and replaced a fair number of double glazed windows which were done quickly, cleanly, and very reasonably. Would definitely recommend. Nice to be able to support a local business.

Bought a cat flap double glazed window. Started leaking after 8 months. Contacted this company who told me there is no warranty on cat/dog flaps and I was not able to start a complaints procedure. Checked there website which says nothing about not having a warranty. Spoke to Trading Standards who said they have to give a warranty under the trades description act as it was not built to good enough standard. BE WARNED ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, IF THEY CAN'T DO A CAT FLAP?..................?

Unfortunately it wasn't a very good start. He went to the wrong house first. He seemed very rushed when he came to do my quote and his measurement of one of the Windows consisted of him measuring the air 3 foot away from the actual window!! He then left in a rush and promised me quote. A week later I'm still waiting.
