I would like to say how impressed I am with the way Concept Building Solutions managed my home insurance claim. I had a burst pipe which caused damage to multiple rooms in the house. They couldn't do enough to help, from coming out to survey the damage, dealing with the insurer, right through to carrying out the repairs. After water damaged caused to my flat, by the flat directly above me. The textured coating from my celling was damaged and the celling had started to drop. I was unaware the textured coating had asbestos mixed into the artex. The gentlemen that came around to my flat resolved all the issues with regards the damage to my celling. They had the artex removed following the correct asbestos procedures and guidelines and I had my celling repaired to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend 'Concept Building Solutions' to anyone who has an issues with there home.
