Recently had River Valley Remodeling put a new roof on my house. They were amazing. Started right on time (even with the bad weather). Mike and his team were the definition of professional. They worked fast, and kept everything so clean, you didn't even know they had been there at the end of the day. I recently received 3 quotes for a roof project on an investment property. It was obvious from the beginning that the current roof(which was leaking) was never done correctly. Mike the owner of RVR came out quickly and returned a quote significantly cheaper than the other 2 I received. The main difference was probably the choice of product for my flat roof. Mike explained why I didnt need the more expensive product and then did a great job uncovering decades of poor roofing jobs. He took everything down to original plywood, replaced what needed replacing and then put a brand new roof on the correct way. The roof looks great and more importantly no more leaks. The job started on time and was done quickly and very neatly. I would absolutely recommend RVR for any roofing or remodeling job.
