Called to set an appointment, Friday at 5 pm. Great, "No wait, is your wife going to be there." "No." We know what we want as this is the last bath in our home that we just remodeled all the others. Already have tile, vanity and toilet but after much thought, did not want tile. As its a kids bath and just felt it was over kill! US Remodeling Group would not schedule, "company rules" he said. Augh... To me these people are selling you not providing a service, just trying to get my bathroom finished not purchase a used Ford Escort with a loan :)

What a great job Bath Planet did on our bathroom! I thought we'd be stuck with that old cracked tub forever but they came in and replaced it with a gorgeous shower. We've all heard the horror stories of contractors who get the job and the deposit and then disappear extending the work well beyond the original time estimate.
