We had our loft converted some while back now by C& A Johnson and I had always said I would provide a review of the service C & A Johnson had provided, which was first class from start to finish. We chose C & A Johnson to carry our loft conversion project as they are a family business have an excellent reputation for the design service they offer and the quality of work they produce. Our loft conversion was completed on time and on budget and exceeded our expectations providing two bedrooms and a large family bathroom. The guys who worked on our project, Olly, Gary, Harry and Kevin, were polite and respectful in our home cleaning up at the end of each day and always arriving on time every morning. I have already passed your details on to a friend who is looking to have a loft conversion. A big thankyou to Simon, Tyrone and all the team at C & A Johnson for a job well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending C & A Johnson to anyone considering a loft conversion.

Very disappointed in this company. Rang to make an appt to review our loft for a loft conversion. Arranged an appt for the following week, waited in and rang them 30 mins after appt time to be told that they were not coming out and they were concentrating on current projects and unable to undertake any further projects until 2020. They said they had emailed me and although I had repeated my email address twice to the receptionist when making the appt they had emailed me at an incorrect address to tell me they were cancelling the appt. No attempt to phone me or text me to confirm cancellation of the appt. Very poor customer service. No stars actually.
