Very disappointed as had an initial positive experience when they visited to give a quote although cancelled on me a couple of times at the last minute. But then was left waiting with no follow up quote. Tried chasing but nothing produced for 3 weeks. Only when I said I was no longer interested and would be writing a negative review did they come back promising to provide a quote that day. By then my faith in them had been lost as I was worried they might be equally unreliable once the job proceeded. If you do not want to take a job, it is better to say so than just leave the customer waiting indefinitely. Unfortunately some trades people do not understand the value of good customer service.

We are both very pleased with the communication, friendly workforce, idea's and attention to detail from Rob and the team. Any small site issues that arose were dealt with fairly and quickly. We both feel they cared about our project and worked towards our goals at all times often spending time and effort on the finer details. Would certainly have them back for further work.
