Had work completed at my home this being replacing a UPVC wndow and door, knocking through to fit a new window along with repairs to the floor, tanking , boarding and plastering. Would have no hesitation in recommending from a straight forward and honest assessment of the work required along with the quality of work itself.

The GUD team came to our house when mould started appearing around our bathroom ceiling. They quickly established there was an air flow issue in the house due to the age, and an extractor fan installed in the bathroom was not up to the job. In half a day they had sourced and purchased a condenser, installed it into our loft and upgraded the extraction fan which has since completely resolved the issue. They also gave us plenty of little tips for around the house, small maintenance things we can do to save any further issues occurring - it's nice to know they weren't trying to get themselves more jobs but just to help us fix the issue. No more mould, no more condensation on the windows in a morning!

Paddy and his work are fantastic. He came when he said he would, charged the amounted he quoted and even got his electrician to come round last minute and sort out a few bits that needed doing. Can't rate him and the work done highly enough. Thoroughly recommend.
