Left the job unfinished, hasn't come back after we fully paid him. We have chased him but hasn't come back, always excuses. Downpipe fell down, gutters unclipped with wrong attachment. We are left with unsafe gutters and now damp coming into our inside celling and he's unwilling to rectify or come back.
