Initial service great - damaged tiles repaired next day. One of the tiles replaced has slipped down into the gutter after only a few days and before any bad weather. Despite several calls and promises to sort nothing has been done and I suspect it never will, for a roofer it’s only a few minutes work to sort and if they had done so I would have been happy to recommend. So on that basis all I can say is proceed with caution!!! Or maybe go elsewhere.
