Our shower head started leaking on a Friday and got worse. On the Monday, we asked Go with the Flow to help decide on repairing or replacing. We got a new shower head - exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price - by the Tuesday afternoon. They asked for photos and commentary of the problem to help them give the best advice. The technician was really friendly, approachable and explained his work well. We are very impressed with how quickly the job was arranged and the service on the day. We are really happy with the new shower - another good job by Go with the Flow as they also did a good job cleaning our gutters in the winter. They are our primary plumbing solution.

Job done (replace hot water cylinder) very well and to the price quoted. Matt was very thorough, explained what was happening and cleaned up after too. Highly recommend to anyone for plumbing repairs.

Fast, efficient and friendly service! There was water accumulating underneath our house, which is never a good sign. I called Shayne first thing in the morning, left a message and got a text about 15 minutes later asking me to email their office to book a job on the same day! 1 hour later I got a call and everything organised. Phillip turned up later during the day, managed to identify the issue and got it all resolved in no time while also giving some handy tips for the future and sharing his good sense of humour! Highly recommended :)

Did camera in drains but DVD didn't work so was useless. Price quoted for camera work didn't include labour or gst so was more expensive than expected. They said they had a faulty batch and promised to come back but never did. Would not recommend.
