Recently had a roof Replacement by Brandals Property Maintenance. They insisted we get more quotes so we know what we should be spending. They were much cheaper than other local companies we have phoned. We are every happy with our new roof. Many years of leaks and now resolved.

He repaired my rotting wooden framed window, when the other didn't want to do or given higher price quote, and he cleared my gutters, painted the front door and windows all for a very reasonable price! Can’t believe how great these guys are. I had several tiles ready to fall off and hit our car. I took pictures and sent them to their WhatsApp. I was quoted there and then and within the hour, they arrived, we was surprised how reasonable their pricing is too. The job was job was done in 45 minutes and best of all, it was a Sunday. What a prompt service. Seriously recommend.

Genuinely so pleased with the outcome of our Sash Windows and Exterior Painting. Other Painters refused and told us we need new windows but Brandals repaired them and gave us a guarantee on them. They look amazing. Didn’t need scaffolding as they provided a portable tower free of charge which they own. Smiles all round and most importantly, money saved!
