Rude, incompetent bullies. This company charged me £270 for a few hours work to fix and guarantee two leaks in my property. Following an initial problem with one leak, it took them 6 weeks to come out after endless phone calls. Then the other leak kicks off at which point I call and explain and I'm called a liar and that I'm talking "mumbo-jumbo". They still come round but only to say that it's not their problem and I find this out from my partner who is in tears to me over the phone because of how confrontational and aggressive they were being. These people are rude, unprofessional, incompetent bullies who will not lift a finger for you unless you are paying them disproportionate amounts of money for jobs they are not skilled enough to fix (let alone guarantee).
