Appalled to find that whilst they were working on a house next door, I discovered they had been not only using my garden for their ladder but also using my hosepipe without any permission whilst out and leaving the tap running over several days. Plus my Sky dish was disrupted by their ladder so i have lost channels and my fence damaged when they put up a leanto without any referral. I am widowed (husband died recently) and on a water meter. I cannot comment on their building other than seeing the mess they left with the fence and also the disrect of my property
