I am very pleased with the four windows I had replaced. In view of my satisfaction I am having a further three windows replaced later in the year at a convenient time for me. Everything was neat and tidy including the clearing up at the end of the day when the work was completed. I would recommend First Home Improvements without hesitation.

Had a front door installed and did a good job. But they have phoned me 4 times and made 4 appointments to do the Windows offering me 2 free windows because they gained business for the board outside my house. They cancelled all 4 appointments. Please take me off your system. I'm no longer interested.

The window fitters were great. Very polite, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The new windows look great. Unfortunately the phone wire was cut through. I was informed that it was in the terms and conditions that all wiring should be moved prior to installation. Admittedly I didn't read this properly but I wouldn't have realised the phone wire needed moving as the box was screwed onto the wall. I think someone from the company should have mentioned it. Perhaps the surveyor? Or even an email to point this out. Overall I'm pleased with my new windows and the service I received.

Quick turnaround from quote to installation, tidy and on time installers, company kept in touch at each stage. Would recommend.

I have just had my doors and windows replaced by First Home Improvements and i have to say i am totally happy with them. The build quality and opperation of the units is fantastic. The sales guy who came to my house was very good and helpful and assured me that everything would be taken care of. On the day of the install the team arrived and got straight to it, they were clean and very efficient, polite and a good laugh. Deffently recomend them to anyone thinking of have their windows and doors done.
