Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Took nearly two weeks to do less than half the work they said they would do in 3 days. All of which had to be redone as quality was so poor. Nothing is cut straight and tiles have been falling off my walls since they left. Consistently missed their own deadlines meaning I kept having to move other trades. Smoked and invited people into my flat while I was away. Found cigarette butts everywhere. They lied about other issues in the house to try and get extra work. The owner Jesse will make excuse after excuse about why the work isn’t getting done. Never apologises. Instead they will threaten you for money before they’ve finished. Do not use these guys if you want the job doing well or on time.
