The windows were poor..2 hinges broke. One repaired. The other without fittings as removed by installers. French door has haemorrhaged air and the repair makes it virtually impossible to shut and lock and part of plastic has broken under strain. They were recommended by the builder of our extension, but he was unable to get them to put right problems and it was left to us...took two years from build in 2009. Apparently this is all our fault, due to our poor maintenance...correspondence logged for all to see. I have never had any problems with double glazing before, so what maintenance I should have carried out in first 6 months is beyond me, and no Martin I did not write to you within 10 days of the problem I phoned the builder three times and he says he phoned you!! SO if you want poorly made windows, fitted badly and a virtually non existent after care service then this is the company for you!
