We bought a property 3 years ago with the intention of completely refurbishing it. When we were choosing a Thatcher it was important to us that the projected was managed from start to finish. We didn’t want any interaction with the supply of materials or engaging scaffolders. Clive and his team did everything from day one to the end of the project. What impressed us the most was the way the project was managed and they looked us, the customer. Each day they brought the reed they required so there was no excess materials around the property and every where was nice & clean. When your living in a property where a thatch is being replaced it can be a very messy process. Clive & his team were all very customer friendly and understood we had our lives to live during the work and they were all very conscious of that and I highly recommend them.
