Excellent workmanship and communication. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wasn't pre-warned to expect internal damage from external works and there was some lumps of dirt left on the roof tiles that were replaced. Also, there was some minor damage to next door's front guttering - they did come back to fix this.
