Great service all round from Jamie and the team. I'd received quotes from several local companies and Christal Designs offered the best price by some distance. Booking was quick and easy and the team completed the job ahead of schedule and left the house spotless when they left.

Fantastic job done by this company. Wasn't sure what it was that I wanted or what my options were but after I visited the shop and spoke with the manager he went through everything with me. There was no nonsense it was just fact figures and advised where and how to save money. I now have a fantastic conservatory with a super light roof and windows in the roof. They dealt with everything from the brick work, windows, roof, plastering, electrics. No stress and fantastic result. Im telling all my friends and family to use them if they need work.

I was recommended to use this company from a work colleague and im glad they told me. After receiving quotes from other companies I was unsure whether or not to do the work due to the cost but they beat everyone on price. I was sceptical because of the price however after looking at the work they did on my friends house I couldn't see anything going wrong. The service was great from the start. I Spoke to Jamie in the office who booked someone to come and measure up my windows and doors. Within 2 days I received the quote by e-mail and then accepted. I wanted it booked in straight away but had to wait 3 weeks as they were fully booked but It was worth the wait. When the fitters came to fit they were all professional, explained what they were doing when I asked, respected my property and was considerate to our neighbours. They cleaned as they went so there was no mess. The whole job looks fantastic and I would highly recommend to everyone. Couldn't praise them enough.

They maybe cheaper than most but James is useless when it comes to problems. We had wrong window frame, lots of wrong glass false promises on delivery times and then fails to return calls lots. Id use someone else and pay abit more as it isnt worth it ..

Absolutely ace company , punctual great products fabulous finishing , And the best part is they are at least 40% cheaper than most leading company’s ... Great service , Also fast to arrive , a great job done whilst on site the lads are very friendly and tidy , Fortunately I am carpenter so I have experienced upvc firms working whilst I was on site , and a lot of the quality I have seen is poor too fast and not enough skills. Not the case with these guys.. Don’t waste your time using other local companies or larger frontruners givebthese guys a go very happy family here 😊
