Be aware of this company as they are scammers, I paid them £1,900+VAT = £2,280 with the promise of work in the Dundee area. I am a Gas Safe registered business and this company promise me more work through their letting agent clients, no work was forthcoming and after I cancelled the contract they are not reimbusing me the monies I paid as they say the contract is still viable andthey will get me clients. I paid the monies in April 14 it is now September 14 still no work from Combined Maintenance Services Limited. They ignore my calls & my solicitor letters so now I have to go to through the courts to get my money back. If you recieve emails, calls from this company offering work give them a wide berth & dont pay any money to them as you will end up like me £2,280 out of pocket.

They are a scam,they take your money but no work ever comes I am in the process of taking them to court to get my money back. BE WARNED.
