Tried multiple times to contact for a quote and never had a call returned. If I could give zero stars I would do so. Apparently this is a flaky business given the other reviews.

The floor coating they put down is guaranteed for life not to peel up. In the first year we had several spots that did. Took some persistence on my part, but Darrell finally came out to repair the spots. Could still see the repair job when done. After he failed to respond to another repair request, I contacted the corporate office. Discovered as a previous reviewer mentioned, they are not using the correct products, they did not test the concrete properly (VERY IMPORTANT) and the time spent doing the job was about 1/4 what the corporate office said it should have taken. I will not get into the other list of things I requested when they were starting the job, they said ok, and then completely ignored them. Darrell wants to blame my concrete as the problem. Seems to me if you are going to put a product down that is guaranteed for life, you should test concrete or surface before applying your material to verify your product will hold up as advertised. Had he tested the concrete in the first place, this whole situation could have been avoided. Wait, he didn't use the right materials either. I think we see a pattern here. Cutting corners, cheap materials, failing floors and not honoring warranty. You reap what you sow.

I've had my garage floor done for about 4 months now. It looks good but just doesn't have the hardness I wanted. I feel like anything I do on the floor is going to scratch it. Almost like when they mixed the top coat they didn't get the proportions right. The top coat feels very soft. I used a floor jack on the floor once and the it ruined the top coat where the wheels were touching the floor. Lets hope this coatings lasts. I just feel like I can't do anything on the floor in fear of scratching it. Their website also shows that they use a line of products from Sika. This is not the case. The top coat on my floor was a product from Benjamin Moore, which is not what Premier Garage advertises. Their website says the coating contains no harmful VOC, This is not true. I had fumes in my entire house for 3 days while this dried. It was hardly tolerable to stay in the house for the night. I feel like this franchise is using a cheaper product than what is advertised to save themselves some money.

Daryl is really in tune with his work. No job seems impossible for him. I got quotes from several people and he was the most reasonable and gave us exactly what we wanted.
