The best restoration company in Tucson. I fired the first company because they were bad communicators and didn’t show up multiple times. I had tenants in the house, and it was not a good scene. Titan came in and finished the job quickly and were super professional. I got a call from the owner after the job was complete, thanking me for my business. I have since referred a few clients and all of them were happy as well!
Ignore Trent. In fact, ignore anybody who posts 75 reviews in two weeks. Google needs to do a better job of policing this kind of garbage.
Excellent service! Titan Restoration provided an amazing experience for me. I had a roof leak and was concerned about all of the different work that needed to be done. The team at Titan was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was so happy with the quality of their work that I asked them to perform additional work that was not on the original list. Everyone was prompt, efficient, and dedicated which was very important to me due to my busy work schedule. They worked extremely well with my insurance company which was an added plus. I highly recommend them and will absolutely have them take care of all of my house needs in the future.
Not at all professional when they explain their work.
Short story - sewage water overflowed into my bathroom and flooded a hallway In one day they did an amazing job in proper damage control without being excessive. I'm an engineer and had to do this type of work before, and they did it exactly as I would if I had the time. Things they did in less than 8 hours: Carpet and vinyl flooring that was soaked were removed, concrete foundation coated with antimicorbals, all things covered with the water thrown out, drywall cut 1 ft up as it should for a 1/2 inch of standing water (because drywall soaks up water like a sponge), hazmats suits for the cleaning, plastic to protect the rest of the carpet, toilet removed from the floor (due to the water coming from the toilet), and looking at refinishing the cabinets as they are natural wood so might be possible. Also moved several heavy pieces of furniture like a washer and dryer and put them into a spare room I have in an highly organized fashion based on where they go. And one last thing - they setup the industrial fans targeted to dry out the studs in a very fast fashion The lead teachnican (Rudy) and the technician in training (Hector if I recall correctly) were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Long story short they did a great job. As an engineer they did everything I would do and definitely would recommend them to anyone for that reason alone. Their eye to detail and systematic approach to the problem at hand was awesome and I'm very pleased with it.
