Mr Marcus came out to give me an estimate and it was a nail that had back out, so he fixed it at NO CHARM he said since it was just a nail back out there was no charge had another estimate that they wanted 100.00 to do this. I am so appreciate of Mr Marcus and will always use them in the future. Also very friendly. Strongly suggest to everyone to use these kind professional people. Thanks again

Simmon's Roofing is Awesome! I live in Texas and had bought a redo house in Florence. While I was in Texas the roof was being replaced and I had absolutely no worries because he sent me pictures everyday of what he was doing and why. What roof looked like before and afterwards. I love good communication and customer service and this is the best I have ever seen! Don't waste your time with multiple estimates like I did. No shows or sending a young college kid to spend 5 minutes at your home and never getting estimate sent to you😡. Just go straight to Simmons Roofing! I promise you will NOT regret it!!
