I can't say enough good things about Shay and his team. I had a major renovation done to my 4000 sq ft house. In a 4 week period, we had a 1000 ft elevated cliff deck built from the ground up, including permits, a re-stucco of the entire house, new eco friendly turf, and more done in a timely and professional manner. His team of workers were very nice, respectful and clean. Having done many renovations in the past at different homes, I was expecting a mess that would take months. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was done on time and on budget. Not only was the job completed properly, but Shay continues to check up to see if everything is working and that I am happy. Shay wasn't just a hired contractor, he was my partner in accomplishing this endeavor.

I was shocked to get an allumawood patio cover estimate from this company that was almost TWICE the amount from two other competitors! A $25k difference when clearly comparing apples to apples. A clear attempt at ripping me off in my opinion.
