Amazing roof,respectful team,on time,great price and would recommend to all😁🤗

Would absolutely NEVER recommend this company. Our roof has been leaking every time it rains for a year after they supposedly fixed the problem a year and a half ago. They have made appointments and they have been a no show 5 times. 5! They finally came last week and supposedly fixed the problem. We made it through one rain storm before it started leaking again. They, of course, were a no show, again, after that when they were supposed to come reevaluate. Frustrated is an understatement.

Signed a contract and then never showed up!! Voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. Had to track down another company!!!

Well before this last experience I would have given Budget Roofing at least a 4, but am a little disappointed in their customer service as of late. We used Budget for our new Roof several years ago and we also used them for a rental house, and I have told my family who also has used them for their properties in just the last year . I called to have them go look at a Skylight that had developed a leak , and they said they would get to it the next Tuesday, and they did not until I called a few more times. Then I was told I would get an estimate for the repair on June 24th, will no call , so I called them Again and was told I would hear back from them in 5 minutes that was yesterday. Well we will find someone else to do this work, and I will let everyone I know that needs a new roof or roof repairs about my most recent experience. Must say more disappointed then anything. PJV

Budget roofing done my roof in 2016 . They done a good job and nice price. They are now my go to people for roofs , vinyl siding, facial boards or anything dealing with a house. Give them a call and u want be disappointed.
