Entire roof stripped down to the plywood, plywood replacements, skylight replacements, ridge vent replacement, re-shingled and cleanup all in one day! I have already recommended them. Thanks Sam, Antonio, and Andrea, sometimes I get obsessive and you all were patient and made me feel very comfortable through the entire process.

Sam's estimate was spot on! Friendly and knows his stuff. Guys were quick and thorough. Job was done properly and cleanup was great. I think I found one nail which was hanging in one of the bushes. Wasn't one I would have expected anyone to find. Great value compared to other local roofing company's in the class of Coastal and a whole lot less money! Would definitely recommend them.

Coastal had the best estimate ( using same materials) from the roofers I had come out, and Sam was the only one to spot a problem that none of the others picked up on. We moved recently to a 20 year old home with deferred maintenance issues. There were roof and gutter problems but nothing major. I called several roofers for an estimate. Sam at Coastal was the only person who called back the same day. He came the next day to examine the roof and provide an estimate. While on the ladder, he cleaned out the gutters in the area where work was needed to avoid further problems before repairs could be made (no charge). He took photos and described in detail what needed to be done, gave me a verbal estimate of cost and estimated when his crew could do the work. He referred me to another local contractor for gutter repair. He called within the time frame he specified and the repair crew arrived the next day and completed the job in a completely satisfactory manner. Sam and Coastal Home Remodeling turned out to be a great choice for the delivery of professional, competent, friendly service. We will not hesitate to call them again.
