We started working with United Restoration after the hail storm in June 2018. We worked with John. He set up everything we needed done: roof, paint, gutters, windows, and garage door. He also was the one who stayed in contact with our insurance company. John is easy to work with and a nice guy. We would use United Restoration again.

First impressions are everything in my opinion. My first impression of Bryan and his company were alarming to say the least. He contacted me in response to a posting I had online looking for work. He had me come in to discuss the position he was offering more in depth. Prior to going there I did some research and discovered quite a few recent negative reviews which had a lot of common complaints so I was a little apprehensive going in. As soon as I entered his office my first impression was that he just moved in within the last few days, turns out he moved in 2-3 months prior. It was empty, not the cleanest and in disarray. He had displays and product samples shoved in a closet instead of, on display. Most of his conversation consisted of bragging about how successful he is, how great of a salesman he is, how much money he has made and bad mouthing past employees and former clients that made “false claims/negative reviews”. He kept referring to the computer that was once operated by his secretary as the *bit@$es computer”. One of the benefits of the position he made it a point to mention was that his employees get a plethora of uniforms for all different working environments, yet, he, the owner of the company wasn’t wearing one. Throughout the interview he also had chew in his lip and was constantly spitting in a bottle and also took off a 6”-8” sheathed fixed blade knife and laid it in the desk which needless to say did not come across as professional at all. While he did offer me a position, I told him that I wanted to think about things and get back to him. Less than two hours after processing what just happened I came up with a revised proposal as a safeguard given the hesitations I had. I called and left a voicemail to which a day and a half later I never received a call back. I called him and he said he never remembered seeing I called. So we set up a time to meet a few days later. I arrive early and walk in the office only to find it in even more disarray than before. There was someone new behind the desk and he tried calling Bryan with no success. It’s now after the time we were supposed to meet and the guy behind the desk calls again and reaches him. I could hear parts of what Bryan was saying and he not only forgot about our meeting, he forgot who I was initially and had the audacity to ask the guy behind the desk on his first day in the office if it was something he could take care of. Bryan finally said he would be there in 20 minutes. At this point it’s almost comical and I’m just staying to see how much crazier this can get. 30 minutes later Bryan calls the guy behind the desk and says it’s going to be another 20 minutes. At this point I left and never even received an apology or explaination or anything. Normally it takes months or years for a company to make an employee feel undervalued. Bryan at United Restoration managed to do that in less than 2 hours.

You need to pick United Restoration to do your roof and other restoration work! John was amazing to work with. He handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company like a pro (including going back multiple times to ensure everything got fixed) and helped to get all of our hail damage to our roof, fence and porch fixed quickly. The last company we hired years ago, caused extensive damage to our house by ripping off the roof and leaving when it started to rain. Water came pouring in, ruining our drywall, ect. We also discovered, they left part of the old roof on and just covered it up and never installed vents. It was a total nightmare. United Restoration made sure the job was done right this time by removing all 3 layers of roof and installing proper ventilation. I've seen the worst and now I've seen the best! I'll always call United Restoration 1st thing when we need help.
