Their work is mostly good but they did not get final inspection by city to close the permit. The permit remained open for nearly 3 yrs. Only discovered this while having remodeling done by other contractors.

I've known and used S Kramer Roofing for over 20 years and they have done jobs for me at both my home and place of business. They always do what they say they will do on time and for the quoted price. They are efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I usually don't rate people or companies. But this rating is to let the management of this company know that the receptionist is driving your business away. She hung up on me 15 seconds into the call. I as asking if you guys were doing commercial or residential roofing, but before I could even ask my question the rude lady on the phone told me "we are not interested" and hung up. What I want to know is what the hell are you not interested in if you don't even know why I am calling. If you hate your job that much go find another and give that job to someone that may appreciate it. You are driving business away and you should be fired.
