Appalling. Always showed up late. Never had more than one guy at the site past one day for work. Has rescheduled all but one time they said they were to be out. Some appointments and work were rescheduled not once, not twice, but three times. The workmanship required someone coming out to address it for various issues. What was supposed to be a job that would take less than a week, is now going on a month. So tired of working with them and would never recommend them to anyone. Rick is the owner here and literally reviewed his own company. Which is against the ToS for Google. Same thing with another five star review. Funny how the highest reviews come from staff.

This company has caused us so much stress and frustration I can't even begin to explain all the problems we've had with them. We hired them about a year ago to fix our house when the hail storm hit and they still never put in new windows that they were paid to do and they installed a skylight that was broken and dropping pieces of glass in the house. They never answer our calls and now we have to pay another company to come out and finish the work we paid them to do.

Great company to work with. Owner is a little crazy but fun to be around. Workers were very professional. Looking forward to work with them next time around.

Rick Hampton of High Country Roofing showed up to the estimate when he said he would, which is a half step above the no-call, no-shows. Still, after promising to call us back with a figure on replacing the roof by the next day, we never heard from him again. I've left three messages with the receptionist and have had zero response. Was the job too small? I'd prefer he just give us a straight answer instead of keeping us hanging! We are planning on doing a complete remodel of our office, but the roof must be done first. Very disappointed as he was recommended by a friend and business associate of 30 years. Don't waste your time calling.
