New roof/work was done professionally last summer but I have since had shingles fall off on my new ridge vent last December and have tried to reach out to the owner on multiple accounts- email, phone, and text with no response back. Recently got a hold of sales manager who said it would be my responsibility to fix and if I want it covered under the warranty I would need to talk to the owner- reached out again multiple times but still no response. I'm willing to upgrade this review if I can receive some sort of communication and rectification of the issue.

Great company. Reasonable prices. Work done in one day. Property is cleaner after they have finished. Never have I found a nail or old piece of roofing on the ground. Have used them for a number of fix and flips. Never a problem and will always use them in the future.
