A for the company; D for it's subcontractors. Weatherproof exteriors was very efficient at getting me through my hail damage claim. It took almost a year, but the entire outside of the house, except for the windows and brick veneer elevation, was replaced. However, their subs are terrible at following through. Once they turn something over to a sub, you might as well become a general contractor to make sure things get done. Two weeks ago, I called them to replace my patio window screen. To date, no one has come out to finish this simple job or called me to schedule an appointment. I still passed my bank's inspection, even though the inspector did notice the screen had several big holes and annotated on their form 99% completion. I'm not asking for anything above and beyond the contract or the scope of the claim. I just refuse to except mediocrity from a business that's charging over $30K to my insurance. Hopefully they didn't forget anything important, like a roofing tile or a piece of vent flashing.
