We had a very small roofing job - replacing the roof to our front porch - maybe 50 sq ft. Also had to reroute some of the gutter. But small jobs are actually harder than big ones. Nonetheless, Lane worked us into the schedule and did a great job. Showed up exactly on time... took their time to get it right... looks great and functions perfectly. Great job!

We were faced with replacing our roof unexpectedly when a chimney inspector told us we had a soft spot that needed to be repaired. A roof inspector then told us that the shingles were too old and brittle to be patched. After numerous contractors gave us heart attacks with there estimates of over 20K, Lane Roofing came over the day after Thanksgiving and did an estimate on the spot that was reasonable based on calculations I had seen on construction sites for roofs of 3000 ft2. In fact they also replaced a great deal of sheathing for a very fair price. The Thursday after Christmas they sent 6 men who finished it in 2 days just before it snowed that night. They cleaned up everything and even cleaned my gutters for me. They say it should be 100% waterproof and it looks beautiful. What more could you ask for: a fair price, fast response, and a great product. I anticipate using them again for other exterior work in the very near future. Also, it should be noted that other contractors did give us estimates close to Lane but they took a week or more just to get back to us. Lane did not keep us waiting; they treated us like we mattered.
