I called Russ because a gutter was ripped off my house during a storm. He came out immediately, gave me a very fair price and installed the new gutter and downspouts. All done very quickly couldn't be happier!

Don’t assume that the previous year’s $25 deposit to hold your place for the next year’s gutter cleaning will be honored. The first time this year they came was unannounced and way before all the leaves had fallen from my huge Oak trees. Luckily, I was here to stop the workers from half cleaning my gutters. Last year they came when I called namely around Dec 10th and not before Thanksgiving as is what they attempted to do this year. Two weeks go by and I decided to call to get them done per a mutually agreeable timeframe. Well they showed up the next day at 8AM and 20 degrees. I pointed out to the workers there was still many leaves still on the trees and could they come later. They agreed and left. Immediately after the workers left, I called the office and was told they would not clean my gutters this year because it was too cold, and they returned my deposit. Luckily, I called another gutter cleaner who was able to do an excellent job later that week when the weather was warmer.

Russ , Shane and Chris came to us and we couldn't be happier! Such nice people to work with. The quality of their work is top notch. On time / clean and excellent prices. The thing that sticks out the most is their friendliness and professionalism! They were so knowledgeable and helped us with our gutter issue. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in our new home going forward! Thank you for helping us!
