Cody did an excellent job installing vinyl lattice all around my porch and deck! His work was done in a timely fashion. You can tell he cares about doing a professional job and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work he did for me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any future home improvements I might have and I would absolutely recommend Cody to any of my friends who need work done and in fact I already have!!!

We wanted an attractive security and privacy fence across the back and side. We contacted Cody Presnell of Mid Atlantic Home Improvements. He promptly came out, measured, assessed, and gave us a reasonable price. True to his word, he showed up two days later with all the necessary materials and equipment and begin building the fence. Midway through the job, our next-door neighbor came out and was concerned that the fence edge seemed too close to his property line; although it was certainly not Cody‘s problem, he promptly moved the last post, cut down the panel by 2 feet, and finished the job. It looks absolutely superb, there is nothing about the job that is lacking in any way. Because the ground is uneven he suggested that he dig out along the fence so that it would be perfectly flush on the bottom. That was more exactness than we wanted or needed but it was reassuring to see that he was willing to do anything in order to please us. We recommend MAHI 100%!
