He was always available anytime - day or night to take my calls and he always kept me informed during the entire process. They failed to get a permit and canceled my install despite having a month to get it straight. They were in a hurry to get paid by the insurance check and once they had the money, customer service went from extremely attentive down to non- existent overnight. They didn't even bother to call and notify me they failed to get a permit and were cancelling my installation appointment for a 13 thousand dollar roof!! Instead, I got an email that simply said I had been removed from the installation calendar. I had to call to find out wth?! And was then given the runaround on why it was canceled by every person I spoke to. Finally, I was told it was a permitting issue. They tried to make it sound like a problem on the Polk County permitting end... But when I called the county, they informed me Jasper had not even submitted a request for a permit and that, furthermore, the permit system online was instant! Jasper is the one who failed to get my permit, even though they've had a month since the paperwork was signed and 2+weeks since they cashed the insurance check!! Meanwhile, my roof is leaking and apparently they aren't concerned with fixing it or making things right. Worst company and customer service experience EVER! Do yourself a favor and hire a less expensive, less high-pressure sales and more customer-oriented company to fix your roof!!
