This people are Excellent, They help me with building Drawing, property servery, helped me to get variance. they went personalty to variance department. because i live out of town. this process took 9 months. but they always there to answer any question. they helped to get my screen porch permit. The price is reasonable compare to amount of work they do. i highly recommend there service. Also looking forward if i need them.

If there were 10 stars that's what I would give Paramount. Very professional, kind and accommodating. I had them make the blueprints for my new house and we dealt with a few deadlines which needed quick changes and each time they delivered the changes on time!

I found this company online looking for someone to draw up plans for an addition to my home and assist in obtaining the building permits. They were very responsive from the start and came out to my residence to meet with me on the first day I had available. He both listened to what I wanted to do and advised the different ways to accomplish my goals. I was given a fair quote and an accurate timeline to do the work. I received the initial drawings and the comprehensive stamped drawings as expected. Paramount Building Services also assisted me at the permitting office to ensure everything was properly submitted and the permit successfully issued. Amazingly the process only took 15 days from initial contact to drawings and permit in-hand. We used Paramount Building Services for the blueprints/drawings for our home remodel. The experience was very positive. They were very responsive to all of our questions and had our plans delivered on schedule. They also helped us apply for the permit and followed through to make sure we got it approved. I’m a homeowner and wanted to do some improvements on my own and was having a terrible time with the county and permitting. I called Paramount. They quoted me a fair price to have new drawings made—they even went with me to the county as I submitted the new plans and stayed there till the engineer aprooved them. They came out to the house on more than one occasion to walk me through what I needed to do and promised to be there when the inspectors showed up. I couldn’t be happier. The biggest problem I had was remembering my google password to leave this review!
