Earlier this year we bought our first vacation home in Florida from AK Custom Homes. We reside in Dallas full time but my wife and I both have family in FL so it just made sense to buy there because eventually we plan to retire there. Regarding our house, we shopped for over a year (brand new and for sale by owner) and found out about AKCH late in our search. We were impressed with the online photos our agent showed us especially at the price point. We spoke to them directly which I highly recommend and in the end decided to move forward with a contract. So far no complaints

I don't typically advertise for anything but these guys were great! Their project manager Kyle Kassim gave us a quote without asking how much the insurance company was paying and their price was less than 3 others whom all asked to see the adjuster's report first. You will get quality work at a fair price!
